These international and bilateral programs are complemented by grassroots diaspora initiatives promoting the nation's heritage abroad. On June 20, public gatherings at the Plaza de la Constitución in Fuengirola, Spain, celebrated traditional Paraguayan folklore, reflecting a continued emphasis on projecting indigenous and national identity on the global stage.

Taken together, the concurrent initiatives across arts, music, and diplomacy represent a coordinated approach to cultural policy.
